Shipping
We are happy to furnish you with a quote for delivery from a national shipper or a smaller service if you live locally. Both options are fully insured and include white glove service with placement in your home.
Smaller items will be shipped by UPS, FedEx or USPS whenever possible. This charge can either be included on your invoice or a credit card can be provided.
Returns
Please be sure your purchase will work well in your home as we do not accept returns.
Damage
We ensure that items leave our location in good condition and are not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping and delivery. Your shipping cost includes insurance in the event that your piece arrives damaged and in need of a repair. Always inspect your purchase once it has been unwrapped. If there is any damage, other than the standard distress found on an antique, you have two options. If you believe the damage is a result of the delivery, you may refuse the item, and the delivery service will be liable for the damage. Photograph the damage you see. In some cases, the delivery service will repair the damage and return the piece to you. If the damage is not repairable, you may make a claim for compensation from the delivery service. Discuss this with your deliveryman.
If your item is shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS, please retain all packing materials for inspection by the applicable representative.
