A pair of cow studies in charcoal and pastel, done by Royal Academy artist Leslie Charlotte Benenson in 1999. These appear to be, from the top, Mr. Hickman’s Sussex bull and Sussex Bull -Trottenden. Highly decorative, they are slightly more vibrant than they appear in the photos. The signature is slightly obscured by the frame.
