Louis Philippe Chestnut Drawleaf Farm Table, Bread Tray
Reference #: 0621-M28

This wonderful chestnut farm table has several interesting features. Most important are the two 33 inch drawleaves, which when open make the table 138 inches long, able to seat 10-12 comfortably. There is a small drawer at one end and a bread slide at the other, which is sturdy enough to hold bowls of food or books. The top has a subtle decorative edge and the chestnut has good color and patina. Beautiful glossy turned legs complete the look. There is an area where the wood has separated on top, shown in thumbnails. We have filled that space with dark beeswax, in the traditional manner. 24.5 inch apron height is good for knees, and there are 64 inches between the legs on the long side.
