Buffets & Enfilades
Elm Louis Philippe Enfilade
Reference #: 0422-M6

Very good, early long three-door enfilade with beautiful elm grain. Glorious glow and patina. This piece combines elements of both the Louis Philippe and Directoire styles, including stylized feet and lovely rounded moldings. The original brass escutcheons add eye-catching detail. Excellent storage and all three doors close snugly and open easily. Top has been lightly refinished and has a slight lift on either side, visible in most of the photos and not able to be repaired. There is also a small area of wear, highlighted in image #11. Both keys are original.
