A handsome bowfront chest of drawers with bookmatched flame mahogany veneer. Other features of note are the eye catching knobs, which may be replaced, the sweet bun feet, and the original blue paper drawer lining. There is some buckling of the veneer on the top which has been repaired and is shown in thumbnail, as well as some slight warping of the drawers which causes uneven closure, shown. The cockbeading around the drawers is in good antique condition.
